This male Yellow Wagtail set up territory on the eastern edge of the far bone yard in 2006. His rollicking, musical skylarking displays were enjoyed by everyone who saw them. Although we see lots of Yellow Wagtails each year, most of them are fly-overs. This was the first real cooperative individual I've had on Gambell. A joy to see and hear.
